Questions Before You Apply

Why is the software free?

SettrHQ sponsors the software and initial setup in exchange for website attribution and honest feedback after a month. Communication and AI usage are paid at SettrHQ rates, which include a markup.

What will I need to pay?

Nothing is charged when you apply. If approved, activation starts with US$50 in prepaid AI Credits and any required separate communication funding. Each wallet automatically adds US$50 when its balance falls below US$10. Review the final rates and billing rules before activation.

Are the software add-ons included?

Yes. The included software add-ons have no separate subscription fees. Configuration, resource allocations and feature availability are agreed for your setup. Communication and AI usage remain payable.

Can I cancel without a penalty?

Yes. Request cancellation through your account or support@settrhq.com. We confirm when future top-ups and ongoing paid services stop. Usage already incurred remains payable. The starting AI payment is prepaid usage credit; cancellation does not promise a refund of previous payments.

What happens after I apply?

We check your details and arrange a short business-fit call. Applying does not approve your business, activate paid services or authorize a payment. If approved, you receive a separate activation step with the terms and funding to review.

What happens after my first month?

We ask for honest feedback and discuss a case study, subject to your permission. Sponsored software does not automatically become a paid monthly subscription after a trial period.
