Sponsorship Terms, Without the Guesswork
These program terms explain the SettrHQ Local Business Growth Sponsorship. Your accepted Sponsorship Order Form records your business, agreed configuration, charges, and authorizations. The SettrHQ Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement also apply.
Who Runs the Program?
The program is offered by SettrHQ Pty Ltd. It is a private commercial sponsorship, not government funding or a cash grant.
Application and Approval
Applying does not take a payment or guarantee approval. We check that you operate a real business, have a working website and a suitable inquiry-handling process, and understand the program.
We look for businesses with around 10 or more incoming leads a month. Your requested workflow and connections must be suitable for the configuration we agree. The applicant must be the owner or an authorized representative.
What the Sponsorship Includes
Approved participants receive SettrHQ CRM access, all platform software add-ons, Digital Assistant access, an initial Google Review Auto campaign launch, and initial setup of the agreed workflow without a fixed software subscription fee.
Setup confirms the services, calendar, supported communication channels, and resources needed for your business. Included access does not make every feature immediately available: beta rollouts, integration requirements, and app publication steps can affect timing.
Additional sites, dedicated resources, and custom project work are agreed before they are undertaken. External business purchases such as domains, advertising, and payment processing are not automatically ordered through this sponsorship.
The Participation Exchange
You agree to provide the business information and authorized access needed for setup, display “Powered by SettrHQ” in your website footer, and provide honest feedback after a month of use.
We may discuss developing that feedback into a case study. Your feedback may be positive, mixed, or critical. SettrHQ requests permission before publishing case material identifying your business or using your name or logo.
Software Access and Lifetime
Your sponsorship has no scheduled conversion to the standard paid software subscription. “Lifetime access” describes continuing access under the sponsorship terms, subject to lawful use, the accepted agreement, and operation of the service. It is not a promise that every individual feature, integration, or beta release will remain unchanged forever.
We will communicate material changes through the applicable contractual notice process. You may cancel without a cancellation penalty.
Usage and Starting Funding
Communication and AI consumption are paid separately from the sponsored software access.
Approved activation starts with US$50 in prepaid AI Credits. This payment funds AI usage. It is not an application fee or a refundable security deposit. Communication uses a separate CRM balance; required communication funding is itemized before payment.
The published final communication rates are:
Making calls: US$0.0252 per minute.
Receiving calls: US$0.0170 per minute.
SMS: US$0.0166 per segment.
The communication rates already include the disclosed markup. Review your applicable configuration and funding before accepting the order. Charges are in USD unless your accepted order specifies otherwise. Applicable taxes are disclosed before payment.
Automatic Wallet Top-Ups
Each wallet automatically tops up by US$50 when its balance falls below US$10. The CRM and AI wallets operate separately, so both can trigger a top-up.
Top-ups add prepaid funds. They are not monthly software fees or monthly spending limits. You authorize the funding arrangements at activation, separately from applying for the program.
Viral Boost is optional. Clicking an eligible Facebook, LinkedIn, or Direct Link button and successfully recording that action reserves one US$50 AI-credit bonus per business, together with priority review.
The triggering event is the recorded button action. You do not need to provide proof of a published post. Refreshing the page, changing channels, or clicking repeatedly does not create additional bonuses.
The reserved credit is applied once when an eligible, approved account is activated with the required US$50 AI prepayment. The AI wallet can then contain US$50 paid credit plus US$50 promotional credit.
The bonus is not cash, does not replace the starting prepayment, and does not fund the communication wallet. Priority affects the review order; it does not guarantee approval or a specific callback time. Skipping the bonus leaves your application in standard review.
Cancellation Without a Penalty
You may request cancellation through your account or by emailing support@settrhq.com.
There is no cancellation penalty. We confirm when cancellation takes effect. Future automatic top-ups and ongoing paid services stop at that point. Usage incurred before the effective cancellation remains payable.
Cancellation does not create a money-back guarantee or an automatic refund of previous payments. Refund eligibility, prepaid balances, and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are handled under the applicable agreement and law. Contact support before closing the account if you need help with your records or remaining balance.
Customer Data and Honest Reviews
Use customer contact information only where you have the necessary authority and consent. Review requests must reflect real customer experiences. Customers choose their own wording, rating, and whether to publish.
Google Review Auto can offer an editable draft based on the customer's answers and notify the business about dissatisfaction. A customer's opportunity to leave a public review does not depend on the content of their feedback.
Performance and Comparative Value
The first-year comparative value starts at US$26,623, using the calculation on the inclusion page. It is not a cash payment, a previous sale price of this package, or a guaranteed saving for every business.
Response-time references describe targets or reported performance, not guaranteed delivery times. The program does not guarantee a particular number of leads, bookings, reviews, sales, or revenue.
